Choosing to participate in the creative process of bringing a vision to life is one of the most somatic growth experiences you can have in my opinion….

Choosing to believe in a vision and sustaining belief of possibility, and holding that sensation all the way through every step of the way requires insane amounts of courage. It’s one of the bravest things you can do, making yourself vulnerable enough to create.

It leaves you with no choice but to be shaped & moved in the process. When I bring a massive project or vision to life; I can literally feel my body upgrading in the process. I can feel the somatic sensations of being called higher as I rise to the expansion of my goals.

Which is why I approach all projects from an energetic lens — because whether it’s a big rebrand or project release, or simply a photoshoot, you’re signing up to be expanded in the process. It’s an opportunity to move energy through you in a way that surprises yourself what you’re capable of.

And when we choose to rise to the challenge, the effects of the creation become that much more potent & ALIVE. Because when we choose to create, we ourselves are choosing full aliveness; we’re choosing our devotion to growth. ❤️‍🔥🌊
