Inquire via reahagency.com/work-with-us , tell us a bit about yourself & what you're looking for, then book your intro call via Calendly. You'll receive a calendar invite with a google meetings link to chat with Halle our Founder.

To get to know each other, chat about where you're at & what you're looking for, and explore which package options are the best fit for our project. We'll explore how you want to express yourself as a brand, your audience persona, and begin ideating creative direction.

Choose which package you want to move forward with, and we'll lock it in with contract + invoice deposit.
ALL projects must be booked at least 3 weeks prior to shoot date to allow sufficient time for pre-production. Up to 8 weeks needed for pre-production for larger projects.

If needed, we may have an additional Creative Direction call to get clearer on concepts & hone in on approach.
Reah Agency will handle pre-production for all projects, building out in-depth shot list with all scenes + timing, mood board references, locations & production, to ensure we have a clear framework & plan for the shoot.

One last call together before the shoot, to review the shot list, and make any last tweaks or adjustments, so we feel super clear & anchored in our approach going into the shoot day.

Where the magic happens! We deeply value respectful, co-creative environments on set, and love working harmoniously with the entire team, from our internal Reah teammates, to you as the client, to any models + contractors that get brought in.

Delivery of all assets from the shoot - expect 2-3 weeks for smaller projects, 6-8 weeks for bigger projects.
All photo edits are final. All video projects include 1 round of small tweaks + feedback as needed within 2 weeks of initial delivery date.

This is project dependent, and there’s always room to adjust to meet your needs. If needed, rush fees can be added for urgent delivery timelines. Typically we take about 2-3 weeks for smaller projects, and anywhere from 4-8 weeks for larger projects.
We recommend booking your project with us at minimum 6-8 weeks prior to needing the content, to provide sufficient time for pre-production, execution, & post-production.

Our base cost can be as low as $500 for our smallest projects, and up to $30K for our largest full-service productions.
Production rates can greatly vary depending on the size of team involved (models, makeup, styling etc. etc.), locations, shoot days, scale of content needed, travel, etc.
We can scale up or down as needed to fit your needs & ensure we're providing as much value as possible with your project.
